I am a HUGE BonJovi fan

You may not know that I am a HUGE BonJovi fan. On March 27th, I was THRILLED to have VIP tickets (through the Official BonJovi Fan Club) to The Circle Tour concert at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT. My VIP package included a backstage tour and Rob, our guide, took the cake with permission from Jon's bodyguard, and placed it in the Band's dining room for them to enjoy with dinner after the concert. I'll tell you, the boys in the band looked so FIT (and handsome!) that I doubt they're eating much cake these days, but I'm hoping they at least got to see it!

WHUD's Mike & Kacey Anniversary Cake

BaklaJava's anniversary cake for WHUD's Mike & Kacey was a huge hit on April 9th! We felt like the local Cake Boss preparing a customized, personalized cake for the morning show hosts who were celebrating ten years together on the air. We were honored to have the opportunity and proud that the 250 guests in attendance thought our cake tasted as good as it looked!
